At Razeli, we believe the journey of your order should be as seamless as the product itself. We’ve designed a clear and reliable shipping process to make sure you know exactly when your item will arrive.

1. Shipping Region

We currently ship to all residential and business addresses within the 48 contiguous United States

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations: 

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • International addresses
  • APO/FPO addresses

2. Processing & Shipping Times

Every Razeli product is carefully prepared before it leaves our hands.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 – 3 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. To ensure same-day processing, all orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, please allow 4 – 5 business days for it to arrive. The estimated total delivery time from the date of purchase is 6 – 8 business days.

3. Flat-Rate Shipping

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders, regardless of size or weight.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx Ground to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The specific carrier for your order will depend on its size and destination. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

5. Important Considerations

  • Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, federal holidays in the USA, or unforeseen carrier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
  • Address Accuracy: It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for failed deliveries or additional charges that result from incorrect address information.

6. Address Changes & Modifications

Since our products are made to order, our window for cancellations and address changes is limited. If you need to cancel an order or update a shipping address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the production or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled or modified.
