By placing an order with Razeli, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We’ve established these guidelines to ensure a fair and straightforward shopping experience for all our customers. This policy applies to all orders and returns within the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return and full refund, the item must be in its original, brand-new condition: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. Items that show signs of use, such as pet dander or fur, dirt, stains, or any other form of damage, will be deemed unsellable and may not be eligible for a refund. A valid receipt or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. The Return Process
To begin a return, please send an email to support@razeli.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- Proof of purchase (a clear photo or screenshot of your order confirmation).
- The reason for the return.
- To help us assess the issue and expedite the process, please attach a video or high-quality photos of any damaged or defective products.
Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon approval, you will be given the choice between receiving a full refund or a replacement for your item. Please return the item in its original or similar packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong size or item). You must request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. If your exchange request is approved for one of these reasons, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you are returning a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
