All items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject a refund if an item does not meet these conditions.

2. Refunds for Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. We have this window because all of our products are made to order, and this timeframe allows us to stop the production process before it begins.

If you request a cancellation after the 12-hour period, it may not be possible. If your item has already entered the production phase, it is no longer eligible for a full refund. All refunds for approved cancellations are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of your request.

3. Refunds for Returned Items 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. We will then notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account, so it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.

4. The Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@razeli.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • Proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation).
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • For damaged or defective items, please include photos or a video to help us assess the issue.

Upon reviewing your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). You must request the return within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for free return shipping. For all other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

6. Refund Timeline
