Order Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you provide proof of purchase.

Email us at support@razeli.com with your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and a photo or video of the item (if damaged or defective). 

 Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item). In general, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
