1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. This is because all of our products are made to order, and this initial window allows us to stop the production process before it begins.

After the 12-hour period, a cancellation may not be possible. If the product has already entered the production phase, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund.

Refunds for all approved cancellations will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or size).

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@razeli.com. We will assess the issue and provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

Conditions for Exchange Approval

  • You must report the issue and request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the return.

3. Shipping Address Updates

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@razeli.com.

We can only update the address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once a package has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to change the destination, and any re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
