You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order is typically processed and forwarded to our fulfillment center, making changes no longer possible.

We recommend using a subject line such as “Order Change Request” or “Cancel My Order” for quicker handling.
Note: Requests outside the 24-hour window cannot be processed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to:
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect ZIP codes
- Misspelled street names or apartment numbers
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you and offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee
